Having clarified the requirements we will provide our free non-binding bid or proposal for your review. We will be glad to provide any clarifications required and adjust the proposal through negotiation process. We respect your privacy and takes comprehensive measures to safeguard your personal and business information. We will not share your credentials and business data with any 3-d parties without your permission. We can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing any business sensitive information.

WEB PROJECT RFP TEMPLATE
1. DESCRIPTION, PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES OF YOUR WEB SITE OR APPLICATIONS
Describe the Web project you wish to undertake. What problems will this technology project solve or what new capabilities will it provide for your organization? If you have made a decision beforehand, indicate whether this project relies on a database to display information or will be “static”.
2. BUDGET
Provide a budget range so your solutions providers can scale their proposal accurately. Indicate whether you organization is ready to start work, or you have to raise money to begin the project.
3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Indicate if your organization must own, have full access to and have the right to customize site code. Indicate if you accept third party integration or SAAS (software as a service).
4. BACKGROUND OF ORGANIZATION
Tell us about your organization. When was your organization founded? How many staff members does your organization have? What is your annual operating budget? Provide links to information on your existing Web site, if applicable.
5. AUDIENCE
Define the audience that will be using the site. Do you have a defined group of users or “stakeholders” who will be regularly using the site and have different needs? Will the entire site be accessible to the general public? Do you need the capability for staff or members to “log in” to access special information?
6. TOOLS AND FUNCTIONALITIES
List all essential and non-essential components. First indicate what features are most important for your project. Then list other features that you would like but are not essential for an initial stage.
7. REPORTING NEEDS
Indicate if the site is database driven, and what types of information will you regularly need to draw from it. Will you need to integrate any Web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or other reporting tools?
8. DATA TRANSFER AND INTEGRATION
Do you have existing pages of Web content that you expect your Web developer to add to the new site? Provide a map of your current site indicating how many pages will need to be transferred. Do you have existing databases that will need to be imported or connected to the new site? Do you have existing e-Commerce systems, web forums or other tools that the new site should be connected to?
9. STAFF RESOURCES
List all points of contact or a project manager. Do you have a “Web team” of technical and non-technical staff members that will be reviewing proposals?
10. PROPOSED TIMELINE
Indicate your expected timeline for project phases:
- Develop RFP process (forward email address for questions on RFP) and RFP release date
- Submission of questions on RFP
- Notification of Intention to bid
- Answers to questions emailed to all bidders
- Proposals due, interviews, and award date
- Initial meetings
- Quarantine begins (no new concepts/functionality added)
- Beta site
- Proposed site launch
